My interest in the human body started to evolve from my fascination with strength training when I was in my late teens. I always admired these bodybuilders for their ability to mold and change themselves. Since then my focus has changed into a more holistic approach to health.

I graduated from Grant MacEwan University’s extensive 2200 hour program in 2000 and have been working full time in a clinical setting since then.
I have taken numerous post graduate courses ranging from Osteopathic techniques to Craniosacral therapy to Deep Tissue Therapy and Sports Massage among many others.

My favorite course of all time was Schweitzer’s Advanced Deep Tissue Therapy. For the past three years, I have had the opportunity to work along side Gary, teaching other Massage Therapists how to treat effectively while minding their own body.

I am a member in good standing with the Massage Therapy Association of Alberta since 2001. As a member, I am required to stay current with continuing education by completing 30 credits every three year cycle. We are also required to stay current in first aid and CPR.

I’ve always been involved in some type of sport. I believe you can learn a lot about yourself while doing your chosen sport. I thoroughly enjoy cross country skiing, cycling, the river valley, the mountains, wholesome foods and music.

I feel very blessed to be have found my purpose. My clients have become my friends and many have been with me since the early years. I look forward to helping you optimize your health and motivate you to live your fullest life. Thanks for your trust in me.
